This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Website Operator ("Website Operator", "I", "me" or "my") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information" or "Personal Data") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide on the Fan.Robotess.Net website ("Fan.Robotess.Net" or "Website") and any of Fanlistings - TheFanlistings.org and/or Animefanlistings.com (hereinafter referred to as "FL Networks") approved fanlistings that are part of the Website.

It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy does not apply to third party websites.

What is a Fanlisting?

A definition from TheFanlistings.org: A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans.

Collection of personal information

You can visit the Website or Fanlistings without revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you decide to join any Fanlisting, you will be asked to provide:

• Your name (it can be a nickname, or an alias)
• Your country (of origin or of your current residence)
• Your email
• Optional: your website URL
• Optional: displaying your gravatar (definition: http://en.gravatar.com/support/what-is-gravatar)
• Optional: Fanlisting-related information, for example, why you are a fan (if applicable)

Providing your name and country is required by FL Networks (see the definition above), and I have to adhere to those requirements in order to remain a part of the FL Network.

Use and processing of collected information

Your name, country, and optional fields (if filled out and valid) will be displayed publicly on the Fanlisting, but your email is never shown anywhere on the Fanlisting pages.

Your Personal Information is never shared with any third parties, except for the case when the Fanlisting is being adopted out to another person, in which case they would receive a file with Fanlisting users' Personal Data they will be able to upload to their website, this will allow existing users not to sign up again. You email address won't be used to contact you in any way unless there are significant news about the Fanlisting, such as Fanlisting is closed/moved to another url, or there are major updates to the Policy.

Additionally, your email is used to prevent duplicate registrations in the Fanlisting.

Managing personal information

If you would like to update or permanently delete your Personal Information, you can do so by contacting me or by filling out the form on the Fanlisting page (if such exists).

Storing personal information

Your Personal Information will be stored until the Fanlisting is closed or until you ask for removal of your Personal Information.

Privacy of children

I do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information through Fan.Robotess.Net or Fanlistings, if you still wish to be added to Fanlisting, please, send me an email instead, and I will only add your name and country to the list.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers incorporate a Do Not Track feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Tracking is not the same as using or collecting information in connection with a website. For these purposes, tracking refers to collecting personally identifiable information from consumers who use or visit a website or online service as they move across different websites over time. Fan.Robotess.Net does not track its visitors over time and across third party websites. However, some third party sites may keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.

Links to other websites

Fan.Robotess.Net contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by me. Please be aware that I am not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites or third-parties.

Changes and amendments

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in my discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which I treat Personal Information. When changes are made, I will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. I may also provide notice to you in other ways in our discretion, such as through contact information you have provided. Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes. However, I will not, without your consent, use your Personal Data in a manner materially different from what was stated at the time your Personal Data was collected.

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Fan.Robotess.Net or the Fanlistings you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use or access the Fan.Robotess.Net and Fanlistings.
